The concept of aesthetics in the art definitions reveals the distinctive character of a nation with other nations. The indisputable privilege of the art that our ancestor performs in Turkish art history is hidden in the first, standard and harmonious style.It is noteworthy that each of the artifacts discovered in the past is the smallest of every work, taking into account the aesthetic concern. They have produced rare works with characteristic features according to their time and geography. Nowadays, we are saddened to see that this aesthetic understanding has been gradually reduced.With our cartoon competition, the AESTHETIC SOLUTION TO LIFE, we aim to revive the magnificent works that are equipped with the aesthetic features we aim for. We look forward to your cartoon work and wish you all the best of this aesthetic deprivation.

CONDITIONS TO BE PARTICIPATED IN THE COMPETITIONTır The competition is organized nationally and internationally and is open to all amateur and professional caricaturists.The Mayan Caricatures that do not comply with the general code of ethics, which contain stories, serve the political purpose and which are harmful and harmful, will remain out of competition.Lar The members of the selection committee and their relatives can not participate in the competition.

SECOND PART
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED IN CARTOON TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION
Tir Drawing technique is free. If the cartoons are sent as computer prints, they must be original signature (wet signature).

Dır cartoon sizes should be at least A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) and no more than A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) and not sticked on any floor.

Mamış The caricatures to be sent should not have been awarded before in any national and international competition. The cartoons that the electoral board considers to be the same or similar, or that it knows to belong to another cartoonist, will not be considered. Any possible discussions, stolen and responsible for similar claims will be involved.
Contestants must submit their cartoons with their credentials (Annex-1) and briefly fill out the form (Annex-2).
Ler Contestants can send a maximum of five (5) cartoons.
THIRD PART
DELIVERY OF WORKSIn the back of each work, the participants' information should be included. (Name, Surname, Address, Phone, ID Number and Email information). Works that do not contain this information will not be taken into consideration.
Ilar Encouragement Awards will be given to young participants under the age of 18. Young participants will be required to add a copy of their ID card to their application.

Dir Participants will send their works only to the address determined by our municipality. Works not sent to this address will not be taken into consideration.
. On the envelope to be sent to the work of the 9th International Cartoon Contest of the Amasya Municipality, should be written with the artist's name and surname, and the address must be sent to the mentioned address by Tuesday, April 10, 2018.

As Address of the Amasya Municipality in the Communication section of the Specification; mail-shipping will be delivered to the hand from the hand. Amasya Municipality can not be held responsible for postal delays. In the case of mail, the deadline for the announced delivery time; the documents will not be given to the post, the date of the municipality will be accepted as the arrival date.
Tedir Cartoons should not be damaged, certainly not be folded. In accordance with the specification; Shipping must be sent by registered mail or by hand.
