REGULATION

1. DATESThe 1st Humor Exhibition of Rio Grande / 2015 held by the City of Rio Grande City Hall,

Department of Culture Municipality, Department of Municipality of Urban Mobility and Accessibility

aims to encourage and recognize creativity in artistic production and shall comply with the following schedule:

 Registration until August 25.

Selection: 29 to 31 August.

Selected from the release: September 4

Awards and Opening of the Exhibition: 15 September.

Closing: 04 October.

2. THEME 

 The theme of the 1st Rio Grande Mood Lounge is "TRANSIT". 

3. PARTICIPATION Professionals and amateurs can enter jobs that were not awarded until the closing date of entries.

Registration is FREE and take place in the period from 27 July to 25 August 2015;The works - for all categories - should be

sent via Internet to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. address in JPEG format and 300 DPI (attached images at once in the email body).

The image should be identified by renaming the file as the name of the work. 

Each artist may enter a maximum of 03 works by category, as follows:

KHARTOUM, CHARGE and HQ / STRIPS (For comics stories will be accepted with a maximum of 02 pages).

By the entries, the artist must attach the entry form filled legibly and signed form. 

4. AWARDS

Acquisitive prizes will be awarded a total of R $ 6,000.00 (six thousand reais) divided as follows:

 a) 1st place category KHARTOUM of R $ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais);

b) 1st place category CHARGE of R $ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais);

c) 1st place category STRIPS / HQs of R $ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais);

d) Award City of Rio Grande of R $ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais).

 4.1- The award "City of the Rio Grande" will be held only among those born or resident enrolled in the Rio Grande,

must provide the description of the act your proof of birth or residence.

If the river-Grandino artist receives the 1st place in any of the categories it does not compete for the award

"City of the Rio Grande" to be chosen among the other artists of the city.

 The works will be chosen by the Award Committee, which is sovereign, not allowing resources to their decisions.

Other prizes and mentions can be instituted at the discretion of the Organizing Committee and Awards Committee.

There will be a Selection Committee and other compound Awards by people trained in the area.

If the prize jury finds any type of fraud or plagiarism in one or more registered works, you can cancel the reward checked.

 5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The simple inscription forces the artist to the acceptance of these regulations.

The selected artists automatically cede the copyright of their (s) work (s) for reproductions and publications in any media,

without restriction, aiming to promote the event.The announcement of the winners will be held at exhibition opening day.

 The award will be delivered within 90 days after the publication of the results.

 On the amounts of the awards will cover all taxes in force until the date of payment.

 To receive the awards each winner must submit the documentation requested in the registration form
