The first International Festival of Satirical Graphics and Humorist Literature
"Umor pe sapte coline" (Humor on seven hills") 2017, Romania
The event will be held in Iasi, Romania, from 25 to 28 May 2017 and

the theme for Satirical Graphics is "General Humor – Humor without words".
The following prizes will be awarded:
- First Prize – 500 euro;
- Second Prize – 400 euro;
- Third prize – 300 euro;
- "Traian Benţa" Special Award – 200 euro;
- Three unpaid special prizes;
- Other awards from local institutions and private persons.
The works' format is A4, B/W or color (minimum 2), scanned with a resolution of 600 dpi and they shall be sent

until May 1, 2017 (date of postmark),
