Climate CHANCE is today | Fifth edition 2017
The international competition for communication and creativity for edited and unpublished works on climate change is organized by the Shylock Association of the University Teatral Center of Venice.
The objective is to stimulate an interpretive and active approach to environmental issues. Call for the 2020 Strategy, in particular the pillar of Sustainable Europe.

Competition:
The target of the competition is all authors of any nationality who have reached the age of 15 at the expiration date (20 September 2017) of the delivery of the works.
Type of work: writing, representative and figurative arts by using traditional, digital, alternative and mixed languages, instruments and media.
Participants can participate in both of the following sections and with more works for each

Section:
Section 1: Application of unpublished works by individual or collective authors.
Section 2: Reporting of edited and / or public works by authors, publishers or other third parties (individuals or entities linked or unrelated to the aforementioned works).

The initiative aims to stimulate the creation and production of communicative and artistic tools on climate change, enhancing a constructive approach to opropositive in line with deepening the basic knowledge of recent international relations on the subject.
In particular, it is suggested to participants to document through an approach to the latest synthesis report of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Experts) which contains guidance on adaptation and mitigation policies.

Deadlines for the presentation of works
20 September 2017 - 24 o'clock for all participants
20 October 2017 - 24 o'clock for students and / or working groups of higher schools, universities and academies
