Exhibition Participation Specifications:

"The 8th International Mail Art Peace - Exhibition of International Island Country Artists is an international exhibition and is open to all artists and students studying art (must be over 18 years of age).

Theme of the exhibition: Peace at home, peace in the world.

Dimensions: The standard size of the works should be A4 paper (21 x 29.7 cm).

For artists who want to work on both paper and envelope, the standard size of the envelope is 22.5 x 30 cm (it is not necessary to work on the envelope). Technique: On A4 paper, artists are free to use any technique they want (in addition to materials such as acrylic paint, oil paint, watercolor, pastel, etc., techniques such as original printing, digital design, collage, photography, caricature, handicrafts, etc. can be used or mixed techniques can be used). Participating artists must also send their mailed works to the e-mail address "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.m" along with a profile photo, contact information, full name and country names,

work details (measurement-technique-name of the work-year of production).

Important notes:

• The works to participate in the exhibition must be from 2024-2025 and must not have been exhibited in any

exhibition or digital medium before.

• The works must have at least one of the elements such as the stamp, stamp or seal of the city/post center where

they are sent. ome Each artist can participate in the exhibition with a maximum of 4 (four) works. •

• The artist's name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address and telephone number must be written on the back of the works.

• The works must be sent to the address specified above by 16 May 2025 at the latest. Works received after this date will not be accepted for the exhibition.

• The exhibition organizing committee is not responsible for any disruptions or damage that may occur in the mail. • Shipping/postage costs of the works belong to the participant.

• At the end of the exhibition, the works will not be sent back, participation certificates will be sent to the artists

digitally (e-mail).

• Works that violate social, moral values, or carry religious or political messages will not be exhibited.

Each participant whose work is exhibited will be given a "Certificate of Participation" issued in their name.

• Works must be sent by post.

• Participation is free.
