The Green Crescent organizes the International Green Crescent Cartoon Contest to raise awareness and draw the attention of people in the world, in our country, and particularly young people to addictions. The contest, the 9th of which will be held this year, will include cartoonists from all over the world who will convey to society the touching messages they create with a trace of humor between the lines.

Topic of the Contest: "One Person Gambles, Everyone Loses"

Gambling addiction is not merely a personal issue; it poses a broader public health concern. In light of this, the theme for this year's International Green Crescent Cartoon Contest is “One Person Gambles, Everyone Loses”, aimed at raising awareness and engaging young people worldwide in addiction prevention efforts.

As part of this theme, we invite cartoonists to create humorous yet impactful illustrations that underscore the crucial role of family and community in preventing gambling addiction. The aim is to demonstrate that gambling addiction affects not only individuals but society as a whole. These cartoons should convey a strong, compelling message about the far-reaching and harmful consequences of addiction, highlighting its broad societal impact.
