Five special prizes will be awarded for each theme.

ARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Each participant may submit up to 5 works for each theme.

The works may be black and white or in color.

Preferred dimensions: 210×297 cm, with a minimum resolution. of 300 dpi.

Accepted formats: JPEG, TIFF, or PNG.

Football is a universal form of expression, just as cartooning itself is, transcending languages, cultures, and borders. Beyond being merely a sport, football not only brings emotions that sometimes make us feel greater than we really are, but also serves as a bridge connecting people.

It may happen that two nations have fought bloody wars against one another, yet football has brought them together on the green field, which has often served as a starting point for reconciliation between formerly hostile peoples. Frequently, football has made nations feel prouder of the achievements accomplished on the playing field than of the heroes who fell on the battlefield, because the voice of football travels farther than the sound of guns.

The qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup brought Kosovo close to qualification, and this was a remarkable achievement for a small country like Kosovo. This effort and these results would not have been possible without the legendary Kosovar football figure, Fadil Vokrri, who made an extraordinary contribution to the development of football. However, he did not live to enjoy this success, having passed away several years earlier.

Such is life: legends work so that the generations they leave behind can be proud of them. Kosovo is proud to have produced a legend like Fadil Vokrri, a man who built bridges of cooperation that no storm, at any time, can destroy.
