International Committee of Directors of Cartoon Festivals,2024
A number of cartoonists fail to receive their awards from festivals every year, and this problem calls into question the validity of festivals, and this was one of the issues that encouraged me to form this committee. The purpose of forming this international committee is to create transparency and consensus with all directors of international cartoon festivals. Together in this committee, we will try to help each other to avoid ambiguities, to raise the level of the festivals that will be held in the future and to provide the credit that cartoon festivals deserve.
