"Golden Pier" to Nikola Ojdanić

The WINNING paper of the 57th contest for the best newspaper cartoon, which is traditionally organized by "Večernje Novosti", deals with one of the most current topics of today - artificial intelligence, and is entitled short AI, brought the "Golden Pier" to Nikola Ojdanić.

"Silver Pierre" went to Nedeljko Ubović, for the caricature "Speechless"

This is the decision of the jury in the premises of our paper, where the most successful cartoons were decided by Milorad Vučelić, editor-in-chief of "Novosti", last year's winner, veteran in this field, professor Jugoslav Vlahović, art historian Žaklina Ratković, curator of the graphic and drawing collection Museum of Contemporary Art, painter Milica Živadinović and satirist Bojan Ljubenović, editor of the column "Trn".

"Bronze Pierre" to Goran Ćeličanin

According to their decision, "Silver Pierre" went to Nedeljko Ubović, for the caricature "Speechless", and "Bronze Pierre" to Goran Ćeličanin, for the work entitled "Kosovo is Serbia".

The best portrait caricature "Ranko Guzin" went to Tihomir Čelanović

The award for the best portrait caricature "Ranko Guzin" went to Tihomir Čelanović, who drew the actor bard Pavlo Vujisić.

Sofia Sitnovska-16 years

The award for the best young caricaturist, the "Pier" contest, is spreading beyond the borders of Serbia, and for the first time this year, it went to a high school student from Macedonia, Sofia Sitnovska. She is 16 years old and lives in Makedonska Kamenica.

By the way, it was in this category that this year's competition brought a pleasant surprise, because 64 authors, with 84 caricatures, applied for it. The total number of works that participated in the 57th competition "Pier" is 361. Of these, 277 caricatures, 104 authors, were in the competition for the main prizes.
