File Requirements: The name should consist of the names and numbers of works
(E.g. Holub01.jpg),
color model JPG, A4 format, resolution 300 pixels / inch, the size of no more than 3 MB,
in a letter not to send files totaling over 10 Mb!3. Format: A4 (297h210mm.).
4. Number of entries: Unlimited.
5. On the back of each work is required to specify: name, address, telephone number, e-mail.6. The deadline for receipt of entries: 30 October 20157. Together with the work required to submit a completed application form with a photograph.
8. The prize fund of 16 000 hryvnia. Additional prizes from sponsors.
9. Organizers are not responsible for any damage in transit. The submitted works will not be reviewed, will not be returned and may be used by the organizers for promotional purposes, in publications related to the competition for cartoons "Independence".
10. The winners will be notified separately. According to the results of the competition catalog will be published, which will be sent to all the artists whose works will be included in the catalog. The exhibition of the best works and awards ceremony will be held in Kiev.
11. The results will be published on the website: www.cartoon.org.ua.
