Compelet Regulation Of Kuwaite's International Caricature Forum,2016

To be Held 26-29 September 2016

We are honored to invite caricaturists from GCC Arab World and the World to Kuwait's 1st International Caricature Forum to be held in Kuwait on 26th-27th Sept. 2016 as recognized by FICO and its representative in the Middle East

The Egyptian Association on Caricature hosted by MINDS media production Company.

Forum Personality 2016
Kuwaiti Veteran actor/ Abdulhussain Abdulredha has been chosen to recognize his contribution and achievements in theater and acting locally and regionally with competition dedicated to him in (portrait).
Topics of Forum
The organizers have made sure to cover humane topics and international issues to highlight the power of an artist in conveying and communicating the importance of such issues to the public.

These issues are:

1- Violence Against Children (Child Abuse)

2- Water Conservation

3- General Issues (Open Topics exclusing Religion, Politics and Sex)

Conditions
1- Participation is open to all artists around the world

2- Works should be with no supporting comments

3- Works should be in JPEG format A3 size with 300 resolution

4- Black and White, Colored and any techniques in drawing are accepted

5- Participant in liable and responsible for copyright issues regarding any work submitted to the organizers

6- Organizers can reuse works for advertising and marketing propose in all media channels

7- Participants cannot object to organizer’s discussions in evaluation of work or elimination

8- Works should not be used in other competitions, forums or have won any prizes

9- The main Character competition is limited to GCC and Arabs only. However, Violence against children and Water competitions are open to all.

10- works should be submitted from August 5th to Sept. 15th 2016
11- Participants whose work has been accepted shall receive a certificate for participation. 1st place winners will be rewarded with a certificate, trophy and a financial reward.
