Closing Ceremony Of The Cartoon Exhibition "OPEN SEA-2016"/Russia

Hot from the spot: On July 8th, at 4 p.m. of local time in the picturesque city of St.Petersburg, on the board of the legendary ice breaker "Krasin" took place a closing ceremony of the cartoon exhibition OPEN SEA-2016. There were presented masterpices of well-known cartoonists from Russia and numerous foreign countries.
The show on the board of "Krasin" is over, but aferwards this exhibition will move to the Sea Museum in Kaliningrad
