Along with experts, they will discuss the current and historical state of political satire and freedom of speech in the region.Guest Speakers: Bonil from Ecuador, Feggo from Mexico, Chócolo from Colombia, Rayma and Juan Andrés Ravell from Venezuela, will share their insights with writer and humorist Enrisco from Cuba, and with Elisa Tótaro, political communications expert from Venezuela.
