Color is the wonder of light

Cultuursmakers vzw, the association that brings people and culture closer together, organized last summer an international cartoon competition.

The competition was a great success with about 1000 submitted cartoons from 65 different countries.

Pol Leurs Pol (stage name Poleurs) from Luxembourg received the main prize, a check for 1000 euros, on February 9.

Igor Lukyanchenko (Lukyan) from Ukraine won the second prize. A check for 500 euros.

The bronze (250 euros) was for Evžen David (dawid).

The prize for best Flemish cartoon went to Luc Descheemaeker (O-SEKOER).
