17th International Cartoon Festival Dedicated to the New Year /Russia2026
Organized by the Ural Cartoonists' Club "Cranberry" and the Caricature Museum, Russia

Participation:
- Open to both professional and amateur artists from all over the world.
- Children’s artworks (+6) are also accepted and will be displayed in a special children’s section.

Important Dates:
Submission deadline: December 10, 2025.
Winners announced: December 25, 2025.
Awards & Recognition:
Participants will receive an electronic certificate and a festival booklet (brochure).
Special art prizes will be awarded from the Cranberry Club Cartoon Museum.
Technical Requirements:
- Format: A4.
- Technique: Free (including collage & digital art).
- File: JPG, max 3 MB, resolution 300 dpi.
- Each entry must include: Name – Country – Category:

Every email should also include:
· Full name, age, contact info (phone, email, postal address), artist photo or caricature, and a short CV.
