From the heart of Colombia — where and creativity never sleep — the CartoonRendón International Festival returns to bring together cartoonists from around the world under the banner of wit and refined satire!

This year’s edition embraces two deeply human and meaningful themes:

1- Cartoon Section: Childhood

A stage of life that goes from birth to adolescence, marked by physical, psychological, emotional, and social development.

The theme aims to raise awareness about the importance of children’s rights — including education, health, and protection from violence — and to promote a more just and equal world for all children.

2- Caricature Section: Satirical Portrait of Javiera Londoño Zapata.

Forerunner of liberty.

A symbol of love and humanism, Javiera Londoño Zapata was a woman who, in the mid-18th century, became a pioneer in the liberation of slaves in Colombia.

General Rules

- Artists agree to all competition rules and jury decisions.

- Entries that do not comply with the rules will be disqualified.

- Submitted works remain with the organizers and may be used for exhibitions or promotional purposes (web, print, media, etc.) without additional permission or compensation.

- Jury members participate as honorary guests only (not eligible for prizes).
