Under the theme "He Who Laughs Last, Laughs Best", the festival continues to celebrate creativity, irony, and the power of humor to unite cultures and spark thought. This year’s finalists represent an impressive range of countries from Europe, Asia, and Latin America, confirming once again the international prestige of this event.

 The final exhibition and award ceremony will take place later this month in the city of Vinica, North Macedonia, where the top three winners will be honored for their outstanding works in humor and satire.
