Open Call for the 20th Edition of International Comics and Cartoon Festival Competition in Prizren, Kosovo

"ARTISIC INTELLIGENCE".

7th – 10th September 2023, Prizren, Kosovo.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION:

1. Theme:

1.1. The theme of a festival is "ARTISTIC INTELLIGENCE".

1.2. " FREE THEME".

2.Participation:

2.1. Right to participate at this contest have any author worldwide, regardless of gender age, nationality or occupation.

3.Conditions:

3.1. You need to send us at least 1(one) up till 3 (three) Caricatures or Comics.

(If you decide to send your work via e-mail, minimum resolution for scanned caricature is 300 dpi).

3.2. Caricature or Comics can be work from one or few artists.

3.3. Along with the caricature photos, should also be sent; - Autobiography - One photo - Contact details - In all caricatures should be signed with artist name.

3.4. Without above mentioned details works (caricatures) will not be considered valid.

4.Deadline:

4.1.Works (caricatures) should be sent up till 20th August 2023.

5.Jury:

5.1. The jury will be composed from professional world artists which will make selection of works via internet No later than August 25th, 2023.

6. Date of the festival:

6.1. The festival will be held from 07th - 10th September, 2023 in Prizren, Kosova.
