Cartoonist Rashit's Collar Portraits

The Coast of Rashit;

He was born in irezmir/Tire in 1943.

He taught primary school for 5 years.

With the encouragement of Semih Balcıoğlu, he started caricature.

He was the founder of the "Çarşaf" Magazine Caricature School and helped a lot of young people to get acquainted with cartoons.

Published their albums by Cartoon, Worker's Line, Through Execution by Cartoon, Glassed Seagull and Daily cartoon.

He won awards in national and international cartoon competitions and was a jury member.

Caricature Workshops have been conducted in many educational institutions.

We wanted to honor Raşit Yakalı for his efforts to caricature by drawing portraits.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SEARCHED FOR IN CARICATURES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION:

1. The competition is organized on an international scale and is one category; it is open to all amateur, professional cartoonists.

2. The drawing technique is free. Cartoons should be in 300 dpi resolution and jpg format and should be sent to the email address provided.

3. Cartoon sizes should be at least: A4 ( 21 x 29.7 cm ) maximum: A3 ( 29.7 x 42 cm ).

4. The participant will be responsible for any possible discussions, theft and similar claims.

5. Contestants must submit their names, surname, address, telephone, e-mail addresses along with their cartoon.

6. Works sent after the specified date will be excluded from the competition.

7. Selected cartoons will be published in Chalk Caricature Magazine, and the work will be sent to those published.

8. Contestants can send as many cartoons as they want.

9. An electronic "Certificate of Honor" will be sent to all participants.

10. All participants who submitted their works to the competition have accepted the above conditions.
