Works submitted for the contest must be drawn in the genre of cartoons without words (cartoon, ironic graphics, posters, cartoons). The works can be performed in any technique, the size of A4 (20x30) to A3 (30x40), black-and-white and color. Deadline for submitting works is July 1, 2015. The exhibition of the best works will be held in Kazan. Opening of the exhibition - 5th August 2015. The winners will determine the jury (Chairman - artist cartoonist Viacheslav Bibishev). The authors of the works selected will be awarded with prizes and diplomas. It is planned to release the exhibition catalog.
