Japan Illustrators' Association Award 2016

Application essential points of this competition
Qualifications   

 Anyone can apply regardless of a professional illustrator or not.
The genre of the works   

 We do not ask it the genres such as a freehand drawing, CG, a solid.
The condition of the works which you can apply   

 They must be original works which have not used for business.
The images you show on your web site are OK.
There is no limit to the number of entries.
Hand drawing works   

 Scan them or take photographs, and please make it digital data.
Three-dimensional works   

 Take three photographs of each work from 3 directions, and make them as one set.
Digital data   

 Make your works to JPEG files, color mode should be RGB.
Data size     

The width and the heights should be within 2,000 pixels, up to 1MB for each work.
If the size is bigger than 1MB, please compress it when you make JPEG file.
The name of the files   

 First name_Last name_number.jpg (andy_warhol_1.jpg)
The entry fee     

You have to pay the entry fee from April 1st to june 30th 2015.

Matter of list in the entry form     

Name, mail address, address, phone number, the title of the images, used art supplies or application soft, how you pay the entry fee, etc.
How to send your works     

Attach your works to the entry form.
If you can not send them via entry form, you can make entry by email.
Write "the matter of list in the entry form" into your email, and attach your works, and send them to the following email address. email address
The application period     

We accept the entry from April 1st to June 30th.
Examination   

 First : the beginning of July
Second : the end of July
Third : We show the nomination works on this website. (Referendum)
The announcement of the winning prize work     We inform the prize winners via email directly.
Make sure you can receive the email from email address.
If you ca not receive the email, we may assume it disqualification.
We do not email to an Also-ran.
And we will upload the images which win a prize to our web site in August.
We exhibit them at Yamawaki gallery in Octover.
Prize money and Certificate of commendation   

 We send out the prize and Certificate of commendation by the end of September.
And we pay the prize money via PayPal.
Exhibition   

 The winning work is displayed at the JIA exhibition in October.
(The enrollee to JIA can participate free )
Supplementary prize   

 We place the prize winner into the Japan Illustrators' Association annual book.
(Grand PRIX : twoo pages, Judge special prize and Holbein prize : one page each, Excellent Prize : haf page)

Privilege   

 If the winners enroll JIA before a time limit, the enrollment examination and enrollment fee are exempted.

 The copyright of the images for this exhibition belongs to the illustrator.
Japan Illustrators' Association have right to show the prize winner.
