Jury Of The 42nd International Humor Exhibition of Piracicaba/Brazil 2015

 

Jury will define works that will compose 42 International Humor Exhibition of Piracicaba .

The jury of the 42nd International Humor Exhibition of Piracicaba began the process of selection of works that will compose the contest.

The group, made up of seven experts on the subject, will meet on Saturday (25) and Sunday (26) to define

which of the 2,984 registered works will be exhibited at Central Engenho days between August 22 and October 4.
 The selection process takes place in a rigorous manner.

The jury, made up of comedians, cartoonists and illustrators, remains confined in a Piracicaba hotel to analyze all jobs.

The graphics were entered in the cartoon category, caricature, cartoon and comic books,

in addition to work with the issue of corruption.The method used to define the works is curious.

In the center of a room, three chairs are marked with sky titles, purgatory and hell.

If the job is parsed as bad, it will be placed in hell. If the work is median and the jury be divided about it,

the creation is in purgatory and has the chance of a second evaluation.

Already the illustrations that appeal to all or most of the jury will go to heaven.

The prize jury will meet on 15 August in Engenho Central, and the announcement of winners will take place on 22.

The show is performed by the Municipal Secretary of Cultural Action (Semac),

with support from the National Center Graphic Humor (CEDHU )
