Porto Cartoon Exhibition "40 Caricatures Of Siza Vieira" In The Sá Carneiro Airport/Portugal 2015

From Wednesday, 40 caricatures of Siza Vieira will be on display in the Sá Carneiro Airport. The show brings together comedians jobs from many countries, from Germany to IranThe humorous traits of the first Portuguese Pritzker (1992), designed by 40 internationally renowned cartoonists, will be open to the travelers who cross at Porto airport, from February 25 until next June.The initiative of the National Press Museum is another opportunity to honor Álvaro Siza Vieira, chosen, along with Nelson Mandela, as the central character of the Special Award on the 16th PortoCartoon integrated Caricature World Festinal 2014.In the vast exhibition, which resulted from a selection of hundreds of jobs to competition from different geographical and artistic cultures, the emphasis is on Ivan Prado caricature, Peruvian author living in Germany, who won the 1st prize of the contest.The Portuguese architect, historical PortoCartoon member of the jury, is also the author of the event and the first piece trophy sculpture located at Invicta Capital allusive to the Cartoon 2008.
